Forgotten passwords

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email address and security question. If you've forgotten the email address you used to set up the account, please call Customer Care Account Services at 1-888-287-5644.

Simply visit http://www.cvs.com/reset and enter the email address that is associated with your CVS.com account and we will send you a link to reset your password. Customers can take steps to protect their online account information by not re-using the same password across multiple accounts.

Chalian and other pharmacists are required by CVS to complete “mandatory training modules.” The employees were instructed to complete their training modules at home and CVS provided them remote access. The California Board of Pharmacy did not require these training for licensing purposes. Only CVS required them.

To return in store, bring the product along with your receipt or invoice to any CVS Pharmacy store for a full refund*.
