@WaveConnects RT from response to @gowave_g: Do you have any updates on when the outage will be resolved? It's been more than 30 hours now and I've received *nothing* on the progress. Honestly, the worst company I've dealt with ever. Atleast keep your customers updated on what's going on!

@WaveConnects we are on camano island WA and we are still having issues with internet going out every 10 min. All my neighbors have called for service And we all have appointments with your technicians between this week and next week.your people saying its our equipment.. odd no?

@RCNconnects has me very frustrated! A tech came to replace a modem at noon today, and an hour later, it started going up and down every 20 minutes. No tech can come until Friday. No supervisor would talk to me or escalate the issue. I've been a customer for 3 loyal years!

@RCNconnects And still nothing about the 6 hour Internet downtime in Kitsap County we suffered yesterday? Your phone support knows nothing about what's going on. What does it take to post an acknowledgement of an issue and an estimated time of repair? I pay $80/month for service. Do better.
